Principales actividades
• Asistente de Ingeniería Regional para Nestlé Purina Latinoamérica
• Ser asistente y conexión con los diferentes clientes y stakeholder, (México, Colombia, Venezuela, Argentina, Chile y Brasil)
• Servicio virtual y presencial
• Responsable del control de horas de servicio tanto del personal como de las firmas de ingeniería
• Realiza orden de compra de las firmas de ingeniería
• Encargada de la conexión con Europa y Norteamérica, organizar las reuniones con los TPS, y las zonas para nuevos proyectos
• Organiza las visitas a través de la agencia de los eventos
• Encargada para el equipo principal de ingería del control de viajes y gastos
• Responsable de la agenda del subdirector
• Encargada de resguardar activos de la fábrica, para cambios, personal nuevo e incluso asegura el on boarding
Requisitos:
• Licenciatura
• Inglés – Intermedio
• Office – Avanzaado
• Microsoft Proyect
