Qualification

Proficient in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, STAAD Pro, or equivalent).

Knowledge of regulatory and environmental compliance.

Effective communication and leadership in multidisciplinary teams.

Review and comment on the detailed design and drawings prepared by Concessionaire in conformity with the Scope of Work and Specifications and Standards, development methodology, quality assurance procedures and the procurement, engineering and construction time schedule for Construction work.

Inspection of Construction works and submission of Inspection report (Monthly/Quarterly) as applicable. Monitored construction processes to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network and Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in firewall management, Microsoft Azure cloud infrastructure, and Active Directory services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in networking and infrastructure, along with excellent English communication skills.

The candidate will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, managing, and securing our organization's network and cloud infrastructure. This role is ideal for a problem-solver who can proactively manage network resources, secure data, and optimize infrastructure performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Network Infrastructure Management:

•Design, deploy, and maintain robust network architectures, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, and cloud-based network infrastructure.

•Implement and maintain network security measures including firewalls (such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.).

•Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network performance issues and outages.

•Ensure high availability and redundancy of network systems.

Firewall Management:

•Configure, manage, and monitor firewall rules, policies, and logs to ensure maximum security and performance.

•Conduct regular firewall audits to identify and mitigate potential threats or misconfigurations.

•Provide detailed reporting on firewall health and security incidents.

•Stay updated on the latest firewall technologies and best practices.

Microsoft Azure Management:

•Architect and maintain cloud infrastructure using Azure, including virtual networks, VPNs, Azure AD, resource groups, and load balancing.

•Deploy, manage, and monitor Azure resources for scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

•Ensure cloud environments are properly secured and comply with organizational policies.

•Troubleshoot cloud-based network issues and optimize cloud performance.

Active Directory Administration:

•Manage and maintain on-premises and cloud-based Active Directory (Azure AD), including user/group management, Group Policies, and role-based access control (RBAC).

•Ensure seamless integration between on-premises AD and Azure AD.

•Conduct periodic reviews of Active Directory structures for optimization and security improvements.

•Ensure AD systems are patched, backed up, and in compliance with best practices.

Security and Compliance:

•Implement security best practices for both on-premises and cloud infrastructure.

•Collaborate with the IT security team to ensure infrastructure meets security standards and complies with regulatory requirements.

•Manage identity and access management (IAM) policies across the network and cloud infrastructure.

Documentation and Reporting:

•Document network and infrastructure configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines.

•Provide reports and recommendations to senior management on infrastructure performance and improvement areas.

•Maintain accurate records of network changes and incidents for audit and compliance purposes.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

•Proficient in English (both spoken and written).

•5+ years of experience in network and infrastructure engineering, with a focus on firewall management, Microsoft Azure, and Active Directory.

•Expertise in configuring and managing firewalls (Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.).

•In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure, including Azure Active Directory, virtual networks, VPNs, load balancers, and other core services.

•Strong experience with on-premises and cloud-based Active Directory management, including Group Policies and RBAC.

•Solid understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.

•Familiarity with identity management and security protocols (OAuth, MFA, SSO, etc.).

•Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.

•Relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent).

•Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Bash).

•Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and execution.

•Familiarity with ITIL or other infrastructure management frameworks.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
