Bengaluru Professional Requirements:
• CCNA and 5+ years of work experience OR CCNP and 3+ years of work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of network operations and engineering experience
• Experience working in a top tier IT services company
• Leadership experience in managing a Tier 1 NOC
• Experience working in a large ISP, enterprise network, or cloud provider environment.
• Hands-on expertise Cisco and Fortinet network environments
• Proficiency in networking protocol groups such as TCP/IP, VPN, DNS, DHCP, NAT/PAT, HSRP, STP, PBR, and routing protocols such as BGP and OSPF.
• Multi-tasking, ability to cope in a technically complex and fast-changing environment, and a deadline-driven situation.
• Strong planning and organizing skills.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate with clients, management, and peers.
• Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
• Willing to participate in after-hour/weekend network maintenance and on-call responsibilities.
