Role Overview
As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations during overnight shifts, ensuring guest safety, delivering excellent customer service, and completing daily financial and audit procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations during night shifts
Perform night audit procedures and reconcile daily transactions
Prepare end-of-day reports and balance accounts
Handle late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest enquiries
Monitor hotel security and ensure guest safety overnight
Respond to guest requests, issues, and emergencies professionally
Maintain accurate records and handover reports for morning staff
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
Requirements

Previous experience in a Night Auditor or hotel front desk role preferred
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Hotel PMS experience is an advantage
