Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain referral sources for purchase and refinance mortgages.
• Engage with clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Stay informed about loan products and qualification criteria.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan applications and documentation.
• Use professional judgment to identify strong lending opportunities.

Qualifications
• High school diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of residential mortgage sales experience.
• Proven track record of success in residential mortgage loans.
• Current NMLS license.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably Encompass.
• Ability to thrive in a remote environment and work collaboratively.
• Excellent multitasking and follow-through abilities.
• Competitive, coachable, and adaptable to change.
• Strong sense of urgency and ambition.
• Authorized to work in the US.
