About the Opportunity
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person to provide an efficient, friendly and high-quality service to the residents and visitors of Carpentaria Shire on a casual basis.
Working as part of a team, this position provides front-line customer service functions as well providing local knowledge to the visitors of our Shire.
This position is based at the Normanton Library and Visitors Information Centre.
Ideally, you will have:
Excellent time management skills and the ability to plan and organise your own work;
A great understanding of customer service principles;
Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of the Shire and local area.
Working with Children Blue card or the ability to obtain.
