NRI Relationship Manager in Banking

India's leading Bank is looking for a Relationship Manager in NRI Department.

Job Purpose

The NRI Relationship Manager will nurture NRI client relationships through continuous client engagements and risk profiling. The NRI RM will be responsible for identifying potential customers and providing them with customized solutions per their requirements. The position entails client management and acquisition with a critical focus on expanding the Asset under Management

Job Roles And Responsibilities
• Provide financial solutions to the NRI customers while maintaining high service standards
• Maintain complete customer profile including the risk profile, demographics, and assets in the bank
• Maintain relationships with existing customers through mailers and phone calls and share insights on the fluctuations in interest rates, exchange rates, and various product offerings
• Enrich relationships and garner higher wallet share through customer engagement activities
• Deepen the existing relationships by cross-selling the Bank's products and services/third-party investment products
• Review the inflows and outflows in the mapped NRI accounts and also proactively track NRI visits to India
• Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration
• Acquire new customers by converting referral leads generated through existing clients, NRI brokers, stock brokers, expats of shipping companies, and overseas branches
• Achieve targets as assigned by the organization on a monthly basis
• Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system
• Comply with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the Bank

Desired Candidates Profile
• Graduation / Post Graduation from a recognized institute
• Minimum 2 to 5 Years of NRI Sales Experience in the Banking, Finance, and Insurance Domain
• Minimum 1 Year stability in Previous Companies
• Strong Banking Product Knowledge
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
