Job Requirements

We are seeking an experienced International Patient Coordinator to join our healthcare facility. As an International Patient Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the care team to ensure high standards of patient care for our international patients. Your role will involve conducting regular staff meetings, motivating the team, creating work schedules, and ensuring every patient is accounted for in the Patient Care Program. Additionally, you will oversee the work of the care team through quality assurance checks and stay updated with the latest trends in healthcare.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular staff meetings with the care team to communicate important updates and address any concerns.
• Motivate staff members to uphold high standards of patient care and provide exceptional service to international patients.
• Develop work schedules for the care team, ensuring a balanced workload for each staff member.
• Ensure accurate documentation and accountability of every patient within the Patient Care Program.
• Oversee the work of the care team by conducting regular quality assurance checks to maintain service excellence.
• Attend seminars and stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in healthcare, sharing relevant information with the team.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably as a patient coordinator or healthcare administrator.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the care team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare professionals and international patients.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and regulations, including patient care protocols and procedures.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, ensuring high-quality patient care at all times.
• Up-to-date knowledge of advancements and trends in healthcare through continuous learning and attending relevant seminars.
