Job description
• Coordinate orientation of new staff to the organization.
• Develops/ coordinates core education to address patient population specific nursing care.
• Develops/ coordinates core education for the development of beside leaders.
• Supports staff development with educational activities.
• Develops evidence based educational material.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programming.
• Prepares short & long term planning & programs to address identified needs.
• Interprets and communicates across multiple disciplines.
• Promotes a healthy and safe work environment.
• Serves as a role model to promote excellence and safety.
• Maintains required educational and or clinical competencies.
• Seek opportunities to develop staff in various role.
• Integrate ethical principles in all the aspects of practice.
• Teaches content as needed and assigned within clinical expertise to facilitate orientation, staff development and safe practice.
• Provides information to document effectiveness of role as a staff development educator.
• Incorporates current educational evidence into individual practice as a staff development expert.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
