Job Description:

Quality Assurance: Monitor and maintain quality standards of nursing care by overseeing adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and procedures. Conduct regular audits, evaluations, and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.

Patient Care Coordination: Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurse practitioners, and allied healthcare staff, to coordinate patient care plans and ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
