O One Source Motion Graphic Designer + Video Editor

Skills we look for
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (knowledge of Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software is a plus).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience in creating animated explainer videos, kinetic typography, and social media content.
• Familiarity with trends in digital content, social media formats, and engagement strategies.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to evolving creative requirements.
• A strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating expertise in motion graphics and video editing.
• Understanding of motion graphics would be great!
• Ability to work cohesively in a team
• Agility to move across multiple clients visually
• Keen eye for design & detail
• Stay abreast on latest design trends, what works, what does not
• Well-rounded communication skills

What you will be required to do
• Conceptualize, design, and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video edits for digital campaigns, social media, and marketing collaterals.
• Edit and enhance video footage, including color correction, sound design, and special effects, ensuring high production quality.
• Collaborate closely with the content, design, and digital marketing teams to create engaging visual narratives.
• Work on brand films, product explainers, promotional videos, reels, and short-form content optimized for different platforms.
• Develop and refine motion graphics templates and visual assets to streamline video production.
• Stay updated with trends in video editing, animation, and digital storytelling to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Manage multiple projects and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining brand consistency and creative excellence.
• Working on different projects simultaneously while weighing the importance of specific jobs and prioritizing accordingly
• Staying up to date with the latest design trends and maintain the design standards while having a futuristic approach
• Enforce consistency of brand standards and work internally with cross-functional teams to stay up to date with changes; have a strong familiarity with look, feel, voice and overall brand presence for each client
• Demonstrate a passion for solving problems and participate in creative conceptualisation and brainstorming sessions
• Welcome feedback and be flexible enough to blend your thought process according to the client communication
