What’s the role on offer?
We are seeking a fun, committed and detail-oriented Operations Control Allowances Officer to join our Brisbane Operations Control Centre in a permanent full-time role.
This position offers an essential opportunity to ensure the precise and timely processing of our crew allowances and productivity payments by producing vital documentation and reports for our payroll team.
In this role, you will work closely with the OCC team, the Pilots and Cabin Crew to apply allowances as per the Crew Enterprise Agreements.
As the Operations Control Allowances Officer, your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Process and verify all staff allowances associated with travel, duty assignments, and relocations in alignment with company policies.
Work closely with Operations, HR and Payroll teams to guarantee prompt and accurate Crew Allowance payments.
Ensure precise maintenance of allowance records and documentation for auditing and compliance requirements.
Address enquiries regarding allowances and entitlements professionally and promptly.
Generate reports and provide support in identifying methods for cost savings and operational efficiency.
Possess the ability to comprehend various EA's and policies across the network.
Assisting Duty Travel Coordinates with bookings and auditing crew travel usage.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is highly organised and has a strong analytical mindset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with the ability to work independently as well as within a diverse team.
The perfect candidate will have a solid grasp of deadline processes and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. You will need to show resilience and adaptability making sure you perform effectively even when under pressure.
