Responsibilities
This part-time role (22.5 hours per week) will be worked from Monday to Friday, 4.5 hours per day. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting and assisting visitors
Coordinating facilities management requests
Overseeing office supplies and staff amenities ordering
Managing fire wardens and first aid officers
Arranging staff travel
Supporting the Admin team with internal and external webinars
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1 year's experience in customer service, hospitality, or admin
Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint etc.)
Strong communication skills
Effective time management, organisation, and prioritising skills
A quick learner with the ability to learn new software and systems
