Office Admin Assistant

We are a growing, client-centred psychology practice seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day operations.

This is a part-time, flexible role (approx. 10 hours per week / ~2 hours per day), ideal for someone looking for consistent but manageable work in a meaningful field.

About Us:

Mental Strength Psychology provides evidence-based, trauma-informed, and client-focused support to a diverse range of clients, including NDIS participants.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing and responding to emails in a timely, professional manner
Answering and returning client phone calls
Invoicing and managing payments using Halaxy practice software
Basic appointment scheduling and calendar management
Updating simple social media content (e.g., posts, reminders, practice updates)
General administrative support as needed
About You:

Experience in administrative or reception roles (health/psychology preferred but not essential)
Familiarity with (or willingness to learn quickly)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organised, reliable, and able to work independently
Comfortable with phone-based communication
Basic understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)
Hours & Flexibility:

Approx. 10 hours per week (around 2 hours per day)
Flexible working hours (can be negotiated)
Potential for role growth over time
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $29.00 – $34.00 per hour
