Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service
Schedule appointments and dispatch service calls
Perform data entry and manage records using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
Handle office tasks such as filing, ordering supplies, and responding to emails
Support management with day-to-day administrative duties
Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently
Requirements:
Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is required
Strong office administration experience
Comfortable answering phones and dealing with customer inquiries
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with basic computer programs (email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
Ability to multitask and work independently
