Job Description:
As an Office Administrator at our visa consultancy, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and supporting both clients and staff. You will play a key role in maintaining organized documentation and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients visiting the office or contacting us via phone/email.
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Maintain and update client records, application files, and office documentation (physical and digital).
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for clients and staff.
Assist clients with filling out visa application forms and collecting necessary documents.
Maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
Support visa counselors and other team members with administrative needs.
Follow up with clients regarding pending documents or application status.
Coordinate with external agencies or authorities as required.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and maintain basic accounts and billing records.
Ensure the office environment is tidy, professional, and welcoming.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not mandatory.
Previous experience in office administration or similar roles is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
Basic knowledge of visa processes is a plus (training can be provided).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
