Full job description
We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing monthly payroll for our staff accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, responsible for time to time recruitment, complete recrutiment Audit and maintenance of HR records and other duties as the need of the business may require.
*Duties*
- Analyse, check and process payroll data
- Input and maintain employee records in HRIS systems
- Utilising our recruitment portal and social media pages
- Collaborate with managers and staff to ensure accurate employee data
- Familiarity with HMRC RTI and Pension data inputs
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Perform HR admin and record keeping throughout employee lifecycle
- Act as a front desk officer for the company liasing with staff and other professionals
*Experience*
- Proven experience in Office Administration a must
- Knowledge of Indeed systems, Bright HR and ayroll software would be beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR and finance teams
- Familiar with HMRC RTI and Pension Auto Enrol processes
