Position Overview:

The Office Administrator will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office. This role involves a mix of administrative coordination, communication, and support across various departments. Ideal for someone with previous experience in a fast-paced administrative role, preferably within real estate, construction, or property management.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for office inquiries, visitors, and vendors

Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling meetings, filing, and data entry

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems

Support accounting and property management teams with document preparation and record keeping

Handle mail distribution, office supply inventory, and general office upkeep

Assist with tenant communication and follow-up, as needed

Prepare reports and correspondence as required

Coordinate with external vendors and service providers

Support onboarding of new employees and internal administrative requests

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in an administrative or office support role

Experience in property management, real estate, or a related industry is an asset

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks independently

Professional, friendly, and proactive attitude

Duration: 6 months

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Work Environment: On-site in North York office

Compensation: $22.00/hour
