Job Description

This vacancy is for a Permanent Full Time appointment.

About This Role

The Office Administrator provides a confidential administrative and secretarial service to all aspects of the Pulmonary Physiology and Sleep Medicine department. The role involves supervision of the operational requirements of the department from an administrative aspect such as organising meetings, preparing agendas and recording and distributing minutes. You will be responsible for maintaining the departments filing system, information databases and record keeping. There is also a secretarial aspect to the role, involving screening correspondence as well as receiving visitors, clients and other clinical staff.

These roles report to the Divisional Senior Administrative Officer.

A dynamic, organised, highly capable and suitably experienced individual to take on this role. An individual with extensive senior level administrative experience and well developed interpersonal skills. You will have a proven ability to communicate with senior executives, with an ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in relaying and managing information. Excellent time management and organisational skills will be crucial to this role, whilst being flexible and adaptable.
