Full job description
ADI Corporation are looking for a part time office administrator with experience of OH&S and preferably accounts experience in the building industry. Eventually as the business grows we would be looking to extend this position to full time.
Applicant must have good computer skills and sound knowledge Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Must be well organised and have the ability to multi-task with a number of departments
Excellent written and spoken communication skills along with organisational skills
Ability to work without supervision and as part of a team
Duties include -
OH&S documentation for all new projects - including SWMS
O&M Manuals when projects are finalised
Contract reviews for all new projects
Helping out with Accounts Payable so knowledge of MYOB desirable as is any accounts experience
Managing incoming/outgoing mail
Liaising with Project Managers, Clients, Employees and Suppliers
General office admin duties
Hours - 3-4 days per week to start leading to full time in the future.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
Available to start May 2025
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
