The Client:

Our client is a bit different from a traditional Real Estate Office and is one of Australia's leading investment and financial services companies. Their office is also based on the CBD fringe.

The Role:

Monday - Friday with 1 day WFH after training
Salary up to $65,000 + super
Manage executive calendars and travel arrangements.
Assist with projects, reports, and meetings.
Support accountants with client files.
Handle phone calls and general admin tasks.
Communicate with government bodies.
Maintain relationships with clients, auditors, and referral groups.
Follow up on invoices and collect tax documents.
Build client rapport and learn accounting regulations.

About You:

Experience with accounting CRM or data systems.
Proficient in CRM or Excel reporting.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of accounting or willingness to learn.
