We are seeking an ambitious representative / administrator to join our growing team!
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with sales procedures, CRM management, prospecting, etc
- Capable of multi-tasking.
- A proficiency in english, as well as spelling and grammar is required.
The ability to learn quickly is a must
Having a background in home service business sales is preferred. Any service business experience is an asset. However, such experience is not required, and full training is provided.
We are looking for someone who wants a long-term career that will grow into a management role. Must have drive, ambition, passion, and excitement. In this company, we look to provide the best for our clients and consistently go above and beyond when we can. The same is expected of our successful applicant.
This position will start off as an administrator / sales position and will require local traveling. Having your own reliable vehicle is required. Vehicle allowance will be provided and is TBD. This position is a mix of remote, mobile, and onsite workplaces.
There is an industrial yard. Visiting the property daily will be expected.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a sales representative for the company and have a thorough understanding of our services
- Conducting estimates daily and price jobs, meeting with clients for residential and commercial properties
- Answer company phone, screen and filter phone calls to management
- Answering and screening emails
- Managing our social media and digital marketing
- Managing CRM and company database
- Running errands as needed
- Scheduling and dispatching
Office administration
Having a good understanding of pricing and how to upsell additional services to customers, this is not expected immediately, but learning the tricks and information should start once the other tasks are mastered.
- Providing accurate advice and recommendations to clients and offering exceptional customer service
- Always being professional and presentable while representing the company
The ideal candidate will be trained to estimate and sell exterior cleaning services to both residential and commercial clients
- Full training is provided. However, a background in sales or at least ambition to sell is required
- commission / bonus will be provided for closing sales
- Cold sales, door to door, business to business, & emailing will be required and rewarded; but not expected immediately.
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist in maintaining office organization and cleanliness.
- Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed.
