Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced candidate for Office Administrator/Secretary for Advocate’s office in Campal Panaji. You will be handling day to day administration work of office. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities and agendas of your employer.

Job Responsibilities
• Handling day to day office administrative work.
• Drafting correspondences and other communications.
• Attending to personal work of Employer.
• Maintaining diary with dates and other notes.
• Managing appointments/agendas.
• Project work and research.
• Taking down dictation Outdoor/off site jobs.
• Any other duties/work that may be allotted from time to time.

Job Requirements
• Candidate is to be a graduate in any stream.
• Candidate is to have efficient stenography skills and keyboard typing skills.
• Both male/female can apply
• Candidate is to have thorough knowledge in computing including M.S. Office, Power Point, M.S. Word, Excel etc.
• Candidate is to have proficiency in spoken and written English and basic knowledge of Konkani/Marathi would be desirable.
• Candidate is to have a two-wheeler and must be from within the limits of Tiswadi, Taluka or not more than 15 to 20 kms from Panaji city.

Timings: +.15 AM reporting till 7-7.30 PM (Timings aren’t fixed and may vary from time to time). Sundays and Govt. approved public holidays shall be allowed.

Note: Remuneration shall be as per market standards. The same shall be reviewed after completion of the probation period of two months.
