Key responsibilities include managing accounts receivable duties, efficiently organising stock within the system, delivering exceptional customer service, processing orders, and generating invoices with accuracy. Additionally, you will assist in unpacking and restocking items to maintain the showroom’s inventory.

To be successful in this role, you should have a basic understanding of accounting procedures, particularly related to debtor accounts. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Prior experience in customer service is highly desirable, and the ability to work well within a small team is key.
