Qualification: Graduate with Good Knowledge of MS Office

Experience: 8 – 10 Years

Role Summary:

Assisting the Manager of Office Services in managing the administrative services at Chennai branch. Having knowledge of ISO standards applicable on an office facility, with highest level of commitment to safety and ethical behavior.

Essential Job Duties

1. Candidate should have prior experience in setting up of a new facility, which would involve coordinating construction activities, management of temporary office space and ensuring all safety standards have been established before start of operations.

2. Ensuring 24x7 availability of facilities with zero break downs of services (viz. Space Allocation, Utilities, Housekeeping Services, Pantry & Cafeteria etc.)

3. Managing office service contracts, ensuring timely renewals, and tracking performance of the deliverables by vendors.

4. Responsible for implementation of BIPL Safety & Security Standard thus ensuring a safe & secure office premises.

5. Keeping a track of all office expenses and procurement.

6. Liaison with government and non-government agencies as may be required from time to time.

7. Tie-up with hotel for visitor's accommodation and transport agency for local commute.

8. Coordinating legal & statutory compliances applicable on Chennai Office.

+. Preparing MIS reports

10. Coordinating and managing celebration of events as directed by the management.
