About the Opportunity


An opportunity has arisen for a part time Office Assistant, eager to work in a corporate and collaborative office environment in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Savills are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Office Assistant with initiative, providing support to ensure the smooth running of the company’s head office. This four day a week role is office based and offers working hours between +.30pm - 3.30pm, Monday to Thursday.


Key responsibilities will include;


Provide coordination and administration support for the Office Manager
Maintain meeting rooms and printing facilities
Mail collection, coordination, packaging and franking
Ordering office and stationary supplies
Reception relief when required


What Sets You Apart


Previous experience in an administration role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good team player
A positive and proactive approach
Proficient with Microsoft Office
