Full job description
Key Responsibilities:
. Answer and direct phone calls.
. Scheduling appointments, arranging and co ordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
. Greet visitors and clients.
. Manage email and correspondence.
. Maintain accurate records and files.
. Provide data entry and word processing support.
. Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
. Perform any administrative tasks.
. Maintain office supplies and inventory, ordering materials and ensuring the office is well maintained.
Requirements:
- Driving license compulsory
- Degree
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
