The Job

Your responsibilities will include:
• Handling office administration responsibilities and maintain a log of it.
• Processing client documents and arrange them in an appropriate method.
• Filling in the application forms, combine documents and submit to Toronto head office.
• Maintaining a log of all activities, and report it on daily basis to the Toronto head office.
• Performing various activities related to the college/university admission process.
• Verifying, submitting, monitoring, tracking and reporting on all student cases submitted, processed, pending, approved, follow-ups, applications prepared, filed, dispatched, decisions made and on in-progress cases.

The Profile
• You have at least one year of office assistant or office administration experience.
• You have team player qualities.
• You have excellent communication skills and command of English to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
• You are flexible to adjust in different situations, ready to take new tasks assigned and willing to go extra mile where needed.
• You are independent yet a good team player, willing to share, discuss, learn and teach.
