Office Assistant

About Us:

Patel Public School is a well-established institution committed to providing quality education. We are currently looking for a Male Office Assistant who can support the school’s day-to-day administrative and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in basic office work such as filing, photocopying, and document delivery within the campus
Carry files, documents, and messages between departments
Support staff in setting up classrooms, furniture, or equipment when required
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office area
Serve water, tea, or refreshments to staff and visitors as needed
Handle minor errands and messenger duties
Assist in fee collection counters or reception during peak hours if instructed
Support event or exam arrangements as per instructions
Open and close classrooms or office premises if required
Requirements:

Only Male candidates are eligible for this position
Minimum qualification: SSLC/PUC
Basic reading and writing skills
Physically fit and punctual
Polite, obedient, and willing to follow instructions
Ability to handle multiple tasks with a helpful attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Bellandur, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:

Office Assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:

Hindi, Kannada and basic English (Preferred)
