Job Description
The Office Boy will be responsible for maintaining office cleanliness, serving refreshments, handling minor errands, and assisting staff with basic tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of the office, including desks, floors, pantry, and restrooms
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and guests
Handle document filing and photocopying tasks as assigned
Run small errands such as delivering documents or purchasing office supplies
Ensure the pantry is stocked and organized
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging materials when required
Collect and distribute couriers or parcels
Support administrative staff with basic tasks as needed
Requirements

Basic communication skills
Honest, punctual, and reliable
Well-groomed and presentable
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Physically fit to manage cleaning and lifting tasks if needed
