Job Description
Dear Candidates, We have Opening for Office Assistant/Admin Assistant cum Receptionist Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handling reception related duties, acting as a support to the Administration team. Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. Direct client / visitors to the appropriate person and make them sit in the respective cabin or meeting room. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls. Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material pens, forms and brochures) Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email. Receive, sort and distribute daily courier. Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as ordering food to client, passing on the information to office boys for water, tea coffee, etc. for clients / guests. You will have access to confidential information, requiring absolute discretion at all times. The firm is a busy organization with back to back meeting and at times conflicting priorities.

• 10:00am to 8:00pm Qualification:
• Graduate Working days:
• Monday to saturday (Alternate Saturday off)
Requirement:
