Office Assistant:
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office, including but not limited to data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
• Manage and maintain office supplies inventory, and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels
• Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members as required.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements

Create and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders .
• Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless coordination and execution of office operations.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, and distribute them to the appropriate recipients.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Administrative Support:
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office supplies management.
• Assist in the coordination of university events and meetings.
• Maintain an event calendar, ensuring timely communication of upcoming events.
• Address and resolve complaints or refer them to the appropriate department.
• Any other work as assigned from time to time.

Emergency Response:
• Act as a point of contact during emergencies, following established protocols.
• Communicate emergency information to relevant university officials.

Confidentiality:
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and always maintain confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with university policies regarding data protection and privacy.

Professional Development:
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
• Stay updated on university policies, procedures, and new initiatives.
• Continuously improve the quality of service provided at the reception.
• Seek feedback to improve performance and enhance service quality.
• Maintain a calm and professional demeanour, be appropriately dressed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
