1.All the day to day Office Maintenance,Tea, coffee serving etc.
2..To monitor the use of supplies, computers and equipment within the office.
3. To help in setting up projectors and laptops during the meetings
4. To record documents in files as per the instructions of Staff.
5. To collect parcels from couriers and distribute them to concerned person
6. To laminate, photo-copy and bind documents according to the requests of employees.
7. To procure daily grocery for office use.
8 .To Perform bank activities of cheque deposits and clearance & etc.
+.To Perform other administrative tasks as per instructions from staff.
Key Skills Qualifications & Good communication skills.
