Responsibilities: -
• Coordinating with all departments for employee onboarding and exit. Support in the hiring process through developing job details and screening applications, organizing interviews and negotiating salary with candidates.
• Ensuring all the required hard copies of joining documents are filled by the new joiners
• Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.
• Ensuring company policies are being followed.
• Addressing employees' requests and grievances.
• Assisting the payroll team with the employees' attendance and preparing monthly salary sheets.
• Ensure the statutory compliances are met.
• Review and ensure proper maintenance of all employee records and files (e.g., Joining documents and exit documents).
• Coordinating and maintaining housekeeping, safety, and visitor movements.
• Coordinating and collecting data from the different departments for the data analysis
• Maintaining a healthy communication system towards the employees
Qualifications and Experience:
• Preferred Qualifications Degree in business, human resource management, (Preferred) or any other relevant
• Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization
• Strong interpersonal and listening
• Motivation to constantly learn and develop knowledge and skills
• Self-assured manner, also towards people in rather high positions
• Should be good in verbal and written communication skills
• Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates
• Passion for Human Resources
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
• Basic computer skills (internet surfing, flight/train/hotel ticketing and booking
