Job Title: Office Executive - Back Office Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Executive to join our back office team. As an Office Executive, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Responsibilities: - Handle and manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls. - Maintain and update office records, files, and databases. - Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as required. - Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the management team. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. - Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary. - Assist in the preparation of presentations and other materials for meetings and conferences. - Provide general administrative support to the office staff. Requirements: - Proven experience as an Office Executive or similar administrative role. - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
