Office based role
Our client is a global Technology company that is widely recognized for its fantastic culture and forward thinking, dynamic and fast paced environment. They have offices all over Australia but this role will be supporting the Sydney Office which is located in Lane Cove.
This role is well suited to someone who is organised, personable and is happy to work in a dynamic role across a variety of ad hoc tasks as per the office's and wider business' needs. These duties include but are not limited to; catering, office maintenance, administrative tasks, event coordination, preparing for an office move and community engagement.
This role will have you providing support to ensure the smooth running of the office. These duties include but are not limited to;
• Administrative support for the team and wider business
• Travel booking
• Setting up and maintaining Meeting rooms
• Ordering office supplies and catering
• Organising internal and external events
• Scheduling and managing maintenance requests through preferred contractors
• Covering reception
• Managing office resources
Must-Haves:
• Previous experience in an Office Manager or administerial role
• Strong communication skills
• Full working rights
