A highly successful construction company based in the Sutherland Shire is looking for an Office Manager to join their busy team.
Your new role
Role and responsibilities:
Managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organised
Ordering of supplies and equipment as needed
Point person for facilities, general maintenance in the office, bills and errands
Handle accounts payable and receivable
Process payroll, follow up on time sheets
Assist with developing standards and promoting activities that enhance operational procedures and efficiencies
Establish, organise and monitor office operations and procedures for record keeping
Manage internal staff relations
Organising company social events
What you'll need to succeed
At least 5 years experience in a similar role
A friendly and approachable personality
Ability to be authoritative and push back
Personable, confident and assertive
A background in property or construction would be an advantage
Intermediate MS Office skills
