Work in a vibrant, collaborative and positive small office environment for a healthcare company with corporate referring and funding customers and partners.
Role is perfect for a tech savvy individual who is strong with numbers, and has high attention to detail. Coupled with being personable, motivated and organised.
You will take responsibility for office management, and some operations, working alongside the EXPHYS leadership team consisting of Managing Director, General Manager (director), and 3 x Regional Leaders.
You form part of EXPHYS' leadership team.
You are directly leading EXPHYS head office, which includes directly leading 2 x office support team members.
Hours

Full-time office leadership role available for the person that wants to take ownership of supporting our team and customer’s needs
Office Hours, Monday - Friday
This role requires 5 full days/week.
Location

Our brand new head office is located in the commercial office suites at the exciting Bay Central precinct in Woolooware Bay.
With free all day parking, public transport nearby, supermarkets, shops and cafés.
The role and what's involved

You are a key co-ordinator between our team of exercise physiologists (EPs), fellow company leaders, and our referring and funding customers.
You (and your office support team) are first key contact for our funding and referring corporate partners and customers.
EXPHYS' EPs are located throughout Australia. They work remotely, and you (with your office support team) lead and assist them from the office using telephone, email, instant messaging, our software system, and video conferencing.
You will get a real sense of satisfaction assisting our team and customers. We share our success. You are key to achieving our success.
You are key to delivering support to our company leaders and the wider team

You are leading and responsible for the head office and your office support team
Quality critique and modification of numerical data entered by our team
Raise and generate monthly data reports
Raising and sending invoices
Account reconciling (income and expenses)
Accounts payable (expenses)
Key coordinator of software and equipment distribution within our team
Manage customer service timeframes for our team
Entering and allocating new referrals into our system
Actively participate in internal and external meetings
Organise company events, and assist with preparing for industry conferences

Highly skilled and adaptable with computer technology and software, including customer relationship management, financial, and other integrative technology.
Skilled in use of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Numerical literacy

Work autonomously, and as part of a team, in a small office environment
