We are looking for a highly skilled Office Manager and Administrative Support professional to join our team in Bangalore. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our CEO and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all aspects of business travel arrangements, including booking flights and stays, preparing travel itineraries, and submitting expense reports
• Maintain strict confidentiality relating to business and personal dealings
• Own day-to-day functions and facilities at the Bangalore office, including maintaining common area and conference room furniture & equipment

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant to a CEO or C-Suite executive
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience managing Google Calendar across the globe
• A strong focus on details and great customer service skills
