Job Title: Office Manager (BPO)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will ensure the workplace runs smoothly and efficiently, supporting staff, managing office supplies and facilities, and coordinating internal processes.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed. Supervise administrative staff and delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and office events. Maintain office facilities and liaise with vendors and service providers. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (email, mail, packages). Assist with onboarding of new employees and coordination of HR-related tasks. Manage budgets and track office-related expenses. Provide support to senior management as needed.
Requirements: Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
