Job Description

This role is integral to maintaining smooth office operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring client satisfaction. The successful candidate will be skilled in client interaction, administration, and coordination, working to improve service delivery while helping individuals maintain their lifestyle and feel part of a supportive community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations, including client service coordination and scheduling appointments.

• Oversee and allocate office resources such as personnel, space, and equipment to ensure smooth operations and optimal productivity.

• Collaborate with professionals to facilitate effective communication and resolve any operational challenges that arise.

• Develop and implement tailored service plans for clients, ensuring their needs are addressed with care and professionalism.

• Track client progress, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-ups and reporting.

• Assist in preparing funding proposals to secure resources for clients.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and government regulations in the workplace.

• Implement initiatives to improve office processes and service offerings.

• Support recruitment, training, and performance management functions, fostering a positive team environment.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification.

• At least 1 year of experience as an Office Manager or similar role.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong interpersonal communication skills, with an empathetic approach.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage client needs effectively.

Salary and Benefits: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $70,000 - $85,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
