Aequor, a certified MBE Electrical Installation Firm, seeks a highly skilled Office Operations Executive to join our team on a Temp-to-perm basis in Millstone.
Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our construction team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.
Key Tasks
• Support the project manager with executive-level tasks, including scheduling, communication, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Develop and implement efficient office management systems to enhance team productivity.
• Collaborate with foremen to update electronic files daily, communicate material needs, and submit payments as per DEP requirements.
We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience.
