Job Description: Office Peon
• Position Title: Office Peon
• Department: Administration
• Reports To: Office Manager/Supervisor
• Location: GANDHIDHAM
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Job Overview:
• Key Responsibilities:

- Courier and Document Collection/Delivery:
Collect and deliver important documents, parcels, and couriers to clients, vendors, or other office locations as directed. Ensure all deliveries are made on time and documents are handled with care.
- Driving Responsibilities:
Drive company vehicles (car/bike) for office-related tasks. Must hold a valid driving license and ensure vehicles are well-maintained and clean.
- Tea and Beverage Preparation:
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages for office staff and visitors as required. Ensure there is always an adequate supply of beverages for the office.
- Guest Assistance:
Welcome and guide office visitors, offering them refreshments (tea, coffee, water) and ensuring they are comfortable while waiting.
- Office Desk Cleaning and Maintenance:
Assist with maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the office, including cleaning office desks, floors, restrooms, and common areas. Ensure that office supplies are available and stock levels are maintained.
- Miscellaneous Tasks:
Assist office staff with various administrative or clerical tasks as needed. Help with organizing office events, errands, or small tasks around the office.
• Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Valid driving license for both car and bike.
- Previous experience as a peon or office assistant is a plus.
- Basic understanding of office equipment and maintenance.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, helpful attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift moderate weight (e.g., boxes, office supplies).
• Physical Requirements:

- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift items for extended periods.
- Ability to operate office cleaning equipment (vacuum, broom, mop) as required.
• Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, +.30AM to 6.00 PM. Occasional overtime may be required.

Saturday +.30AM to 3.30PM

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
