Responsible for end to end recruitment includes screening, Shortlisting the candidates.
2. Designing JDs for open position in consultation with hiring managers.
3. Job posting through various recruitment portals, social media, HR mailers etc.
4. Arranging Technical and behavioral interviews and to achieve the TAT of recruitment.
5. Preparation of Offer/fitment, offer negotiation and finalization of the candidate.

Employee On-boarding:-

1. To communicate with the hired candidates before their date of joining and plan for their on-boarding activities.
2. Arranging pre-employment medical tests before the date of joining of new joiners. Discuss the report findings if any abnormality observed.
3. Collecting and filing the documents of new joiners.
4. Arranging Induction & orientation programme.
5. To fill or edit the information in HRMS for new joiners as per available documents, verify with HRMS data (PIS Form) and ensure its completion successfully.
6. To communicate with the new joiners in case of insufficient documents and ensure they are being provided as per our document checklist.
7. Sharing of required data with the payroll, admin & accounts teams.
8. Processing probation & confirmation of employees through HRMS in time as per process.
+. Prepare appointment, probation & confirmation letters as per approved fitment and check (bond related clauses for designers) with TA before signing off and releasing to employee.
10. Accountable for maintaining and filing the documents.
11. Maintain a track record of Invoices and ensuring they are booked in the system and paid.
12. Updating data in HRMS whenever required.
13. To arrange the refresher meet quarterly, document the findings & present in HRMIS Meeting.
14. Handle the process of employee background verification and escalate the matter to TA if any critical case occurs.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. The candidate must have completed MBA / MPM - Human Resources.
2. Must possess at least 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
3. Required excellent documentation & record keeping skills.
4. Skills required to communicate effectively with new joiners.
5. Problem solving approach & attitude.
