The Onboarding Administrator joins the Finance team which is made up of five people most of whom have worked together for well over five years.



The Role

The onboarding administrator role ensures core processes withing the business are effectively executed whilst also providing support to the wider finance team. A core focus for you will be setting up new customer accounts and updating existing customer accounts. This extends to manging the deletion process and closing accounts/sites as required.

You’ll work seamlessly with our processes and forms, such as the Compliance Schedules, Testing Agreements and Customer Account Application forms to make sure our customers are well looked after.

Ensuring that the testing and maintenance service agreements are correct will be a core part of the role, so the Compliance team know the site to go to and which tests to complete.

Working with the Credit Controller you will assist with the clearing of the Remittance inbox providing a one call resolution to queries where possible and escalating those queries you cannot resolve.

Your support to the team around the month end processes will be vital. You will be using Xero and Uptick systems and all training on systems and processes will be provided.



 About you

This is a busy role juggling tasks would come naturally to you. Having a keen eye to detail and a customer service mindset will ensure you do well. The ideal person would have:

Excellent data entry, data cleansing, and math skills. 
Confidence to manage requests, question managers and communicate effectively.
Ability to understand agreements – you will learn the compliance lingo.
Adherence to all prescribed ethical guidelines, including confidentiality.
