About Us
The Shoreline Power Group is a fully integrated Joint Venture of Aecon, United and AtkinsRealis located in Kincardine, Ontario. Shoreline Power Group is the centerpiece of the Major Component Replacement (MCR) program which replaces the main components of 6 reactors at the Bruce Power Nuclear Generating Station. The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of calandria tubes, pressure tubes, and feeders as well as construction management and trade labor. This project is part of Bruce Power’s Life Extension Program, which will allow Bruce Power’s CANDU units to continue to operate safely through to 2064.

The Onboarding Administrator will report to the Onboarding Manager and will work with the onboarding team to ensure the workforce is qualified for their position by completing required administrative activities promptly and accurately. The Onboarding Administrator will also be responsible for administrative activities related to offboarding.

What You'll Do Here
Develop and prepare new hire material (new hire packages, job aids)
Support new hires to complete required documents
Process and file new hire documents
Use Learning Management Systems (client and internal) to upload course credits.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on qualification documentation to ensure new hire qualification records are updated
Complete activities related to onboarding and offboarding e-form submissions
Support new hires to complete computer-based training
Support training instructor as required to facilitate activities with large groups of participants
Assist with Bruce Power Security Clearance process
Back-up for office reception

What You Bring To The Team
Post secondary school education in a related field
Experience in an office environment
Knowledge of office methods, process & procedures, equipment and filing systems
Experience with Success Factors and or TIMS Learning Management System would be considered an asset
High proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Problem solving, planning and organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, work to timelines
Exceptional communication skills – both verbal and written
Extremely organized and detail oriented
