Overview:

Job Description:
PharmEasy, a leading online pharmacy and healthcare platform, is seeking a motivated and dedicated Online Contact Center Manager to join our team in Bangalore, Karnataka. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the online contact center, ensuring efficient and effective customer service delivery.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.
3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
4. Train, mentor, and coach contact center staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve contact center operations.
7. Prepare and present reports on contact center performance to senior management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Proven experience in managing an online contact center or customer service team.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
