#### Job Summary:
As an Online Customer Support Associate at Dunzo, you will play a key role in our mission to deliver exceptional customer service. Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for directly engaging with customers through various online channels, addressing their inquiries, and providing effective solutions in a timely manner. Your work will help shape the overall customer experience and reinforce our reputation for top-quality service.

#### Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media platforms, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot customer concerns related to service delivery, payment issues, and account management, guiding them toward efficient solutions.
- Maintain open communication with customers, keeping them informed throughout the support process.
- Document and track customer interactions through our customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring records are always updated and accurate.
- Collaborate closely with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve service delivery.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Gather customer feedback and insights, sharing them with management to contribute to product improvements and service enhancements.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining a high standard of professionalism in every interaction.
- Engage in continuous learning and development, staying informed about industry trends and best practices in customer service.

#### Requirements:
- **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer support role or similar position.
- **Personality Traits:**
- Driven: Must possess a strong motivation to provide excellent customer service and achieve individual and team goals.
- Hardworking: Should demonstrate a commitment to consistently put in the effort to meet customer and organizational needs.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interactions with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate handling of customer inquiries and documentation.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficiency in using CRM software and online communication tools.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and mobile applications is a plus.
