Compensation

Starting Pay: $16 USD/hour (approx. $22 CAD)
Raises: Earn an additional $0.50 USD/hour for every 250 hours taught, earning up to $25 USD/hour (approx. $35 CAD)
Reliable Payments: Consistent, on-time payouts in USD.
Responsibilities

As an online instructor, you’ll provide one-on-one lessons focused on improving students' English pronunciation. Each session is an opportunity to boost confidence and make a lasting impact on your learners' progress.

What You’ll Need

Experience: Minimum of 2 years teaching ESL or English pronunciation.
Technical Requirements: Proficiency with Microsoft Teams and a reliable internet connection.
Qualifications: One of the following:
TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification
Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics or English
Degree or certification in vocal training
