Duties:
• Develop adaptable lesson plans suited for learners of all ages and backgrounds.
• Create interactive and engaging activities that foster student learning and growth.
• Evaluate language skills and offer personalized feedback to monitor progress effectively.
• Employ diverse teaching methods to cater to various learning styles.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Conduct engaging one-on-one online sessions lasting 25, 15, or 7 minutes.
• Leverage advanced digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
• Maintain consistent reliability and punctuality in all responsibilities.
• Adhere closely to established guidelines and protocols.
• Ensure timely completion and submission of all forms and feedback.
Experience:
• Previous experience teaching ESL.
• Proficient in effective ESL teaching strategies.
• Skilled in utilizing online teaching platforms and technology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dedicated to creating a positive and supportive classroom environment.
• Efficient in managing classrooms and students.
• Demonstrated leadership in delivering engaging lessons.
• Experienced in using intuitive methods for teaching lower-level ESL students.

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university REQUIRED.
• Must be a citizen of the US, Canada, or the UK. (Applications from other countries will not be considered.)
• Must have a landline or Ethernet connection (Wi-Fi alone is not acceptable).
• English must be your FIRST Language.
• Working headset with a microphone (No Earbuds).
• Passport or Driver's License for identification purposes.
• Clean and professional background and workspace setup.
• Display a professional demeanor and attire.
• Teaching experience, including homeschooling, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, or related roles, is preferred but not required.
• Teaching certificates and ESL credentials are desired but not mandatory.
Work Hours:
• AM Shift: 07:00-11:00 AM KST (18:00-22:00 PM EST) - Depending on availability
• PM Shift: 1+:00-23:00 PM KST (06:00-10:00 AM EST) - Preferred and Priority
• *KST=Korean Standard Hours
• -Applicants must commit to working a minimum of 4-hour block shifts for 5 days per week (M-F)
